Eleonora held up in touch, ridden to press leaders when not much room inside final 2f, late burst under pressure to lead near finish
Palais Polaire prominent, driven to challenge over 1f out, not quicken near finish
Cinnamon Hill led, hard ridden 2f out, held on gamely until worn down near finish
Singleb mid-division on outer, headway over 2f out, driven to press leaders inside final furlong, kept on
Inquisitress held up towards rear, ridden and headway 2f out, pressed leaders inside final furlong, kept on
Palmetto Point chased leaders, ridden and lost place after 2f, rallying when boxed in over 1f out, not pick up when clear
Royal Encore dropped in at rear from wide draw, ridden 4f out, stayed on under pressure final 2f, never nearer
Last Of The Line held up in midfield, shaken up over 2f out, effort and hard ridden when not clear run over 1f out, well held after
Romany Nights started slowly, soon chasing leaders on rail, outpaced 3f out, rallied and not much room 2f out, weakened over 1f out
Interactive took keen hold, with leaders, hard ridden 2f out, weakened over 1f out
Crataegus soon pushed along in rear, driven along and no danger final 3f
Telephonist mid-division on outer, weakened over 3f out, soon behind
ELEONORA,dropped in trip for her handicap debut, was nibbled at in the market. She had to wait a long time to find a gap against the far rail but was driven into the lead close home. She could go on from this but she did display a high head carriage, which tempers enthusiasm for her future prospects.
Palais Polaire got off the mark over C&D last month on her 23rd attempt and this was hersecond creditable run since. She seems a versatile sort who is effective on most ground and should continue to go well at this level.
Singleb changed hands for 9,400gns after winning his second consecutive seller last time and this was a respectable run back in handicap company from a tricky draw on his debut for his new yard.
Inquisitress looked a bit sluggish back from two months off but stayed on late. The trip and sharp track would not have been ideal and she is worth keeping an eye on when switched back to 1m on the AW.
