This was a weak affair, and all the weaker following the mishap to thefavourite.
Pontefract fourth WOHAIDA was in front around halfway and won decisively. Her future lies in nurseries.
Night Of Fortune is qualified for a mark now after this third run, and that should broaden his opportunities. He was the firstin trouble, racing a bit wider than the others, and he did not look as if he was enjoying the track particularly, although the wind may have been a factor.
Imaginary Diva had finished behind Like For Like on her debut and did so again.
