Redera had performed creditably on his debut when fourth in a winners' race at Naas last month and produced another decent effort. First or second throughout, he hesitated briefly when the winner moved left in front of him entering the final furlong, but there was no interference as such and he was unable to trouble the winner in the closing stages.
Thecreditcrunchie, beaten 13 lengths when sixth on his debut at the Curragh eight days earlier, ran a good race considering he was giving weight to hisrivals. He ran on for pressure from over a furlong out and was doing his best work in the closing stages.
Call The Law was making her debut when she ran third, three lengths behind Roshina (second) at Leopardstown last month. She was soon disputing the lead and was in contention until finding no extra over a furlong out.
Time And Tide was pulled up under two furlongs out after losing her action behind. [TOH]
