Red Rocky took keen hold, prominent until weakened approaching 7th

Analyis of the race

The second division of the maiden hurdle was rendered less competitive by the withdrawal of The Snail and Battle Stations, and with the 77-rated RUNAROUND SUE providing the answer, it was not much of a race however you looked at it. However, there was plenty of daylight back to the third, so if connections can get her into a race off her lowly mark she would be of interest.

Timetosteel came into the race with little to recommend him and ran accordingly.
