See The View midfield, mistake 3rd, 15 lengths 3rd passing 9th, not fluent 11th, challenged next and soon led, wandering badly and head very high from approaching last, clear flat, driven out, unimpressive
Caulkleys Bank badly hampered 2nd, went 2nd at 5th, jumped slowly 5th, closed to lead before 3 out but not going well and soon headed, driven and outpaced next, finished very weakly
Right Perk set fast pace, 8 lengths clear after 4th, driven and headed before 3 out, plugged on slowly although very tired
Grecian Groom always going badly, soon pushed along, jumped slowly 4th, hampered 6th, 17 lengths 4th passing 9th, found nil under pressure 11th, jumped badly left 3 out, jumped violently left last and tried to pull himself up
Ballyhale chased clear leader until 5th, not fluent and never going well after, tailed off from 11th
The Rocking Dock prominent until fell 2nd
Tagula Blue jumped slowly 1st, fell 2nd
Hardybuck chased leaders until fell 6th
Water Pistol hampered 2nd, blundered 3rd, soon struggling, tailed off 8th, pulled up 3 out
Moderate point-to-pointer Right Perk cut out the running for a long way, but had no answer once headed and this may turn out to have been the best opportunity he gets for a while. Caulkleys Bank, badly hampered in the melee at the second, then took up the running but he too was quickly left toiling when SEE THE VIEW went past.
Grecian Groom has entirely lost his way and the switch to steeplechasing has not helped.
