Darina´s Boy led to 4th, led again next, headed 10th, rallied to lead last, all out

Arctic Ghost held up, hampered 9th, not fluent 4 out, stayed on under pressure approaching last, never nearer
It´s Definite chased leaders, driven along 5th, lost place 8th, behind 10th, stayed on under pressure flat
Mister Apple´s prominent, driven along 5 out, hung left after 3 out, weakened last
Blaze Ahead chased leaders until led 4th, headed next, reminders 7th, weakened 4 out
Super Judge held up, fell 11th
Matthew Muroto held up, reminder after 5th, headway 8th, jumped left next, soon lost place, behind from 10th, tailed off when pulled up before 12th
Gumley Gale held up, always behind, tailed off when pulled up before 2 out
Credit must go to DARINA'S BOY though, who kept going the longest in a warof attrition up the home straight. A 12-year-old who had not won since 2006 at Aintree, he will not be that easy to fancy next time as he was thrashed on his last four starts before this one.
Arctic Ghost, who is unproven at the trip, looked slow as he stayed on up the home straight, while It's Definite came from another parish to claim fourth. Both Mister Apple's and Blaze Ahead had every chance before folding tamely. [DT]
