Planet Queen slowly into stride, raced stands' side, soon chasing winner, one pace final 2f, 3rd of 4 that group

Fantasy Fighter chased leaders, kept on same pace final 2f

Miss Sunshine chase leaders, ridden 2f out, soon weakened
Paint Stripper in rear, behind final 2f
Rich James chased leaders, lost place over 4f out, soon behind, tailed off 2f out, virtually pulled up
JACONET was one of four to race up the stands' side, and came out just ahead of Bonne, who was another of the quartet. Mandalay King, who raced with the majority on the far side, was narrowly denied in third after hanging to his right, trying to join his two main rivals, inside the last.
The winner, following up a recent success in selling company at Ripon, was very well-backed to oblige again and duly did so.
Mandalay King, unpenalised for his win in an apprentices' race last week, made a bold bid to go one better and came out best of those who mainly raced towards thefar side.
The remainder were comfortably held. Andrasta came out best of them, just ahead of Planet Queen, though neither of them possessed the necessary pace to land a telling blow inside the last.
