Gee Gina chased leaders, ridden 3f out, soon outpaced, no chance last 2f
Battle Of Hastings raced off the pace in midfield, never dangerous
Sampower Rose slowly into stride, never on terms
Arriva La Diva slowly into stride, soon ridden along in rear, never on terms

Cleard For Action soon outpaced, tailed off halfway
TOTAL GALLERY, who was unsuited by the fast ground at Royal Ascot when a creditable sixth in the Windsor Castle, was much more at home on this rain-soaked going and won in tremendous style. He looks a very decent horse, with the scope to do even better and it would come as no surprise to see him make his mark in Pattern company.
Global City, making his debut after changing hands for £200,000 at the Breeze-Up Sales, came out comfortably best of the rest. He should not be long in winning, provided he goes the right way.
