Mr Funshine chased leader, led over 1f out, edged right inside final furlong, ridden out
Mac Dalia led over 3f, no extra inside final furlong
Carmine Rock edged right start, soon chasing leaders, ridden halfway, stayed on same pace final furlong
Mujahope started slowly, outpaced, ran on inside final furlong, nearest finish
Westwood Dawn mid-division, headway under pressure over 1f out, not trouble leaders
Acclimate mid-division, soon driven along, never dangerous
Note Perfect chased leaders to halfway
Santa Clara dwelt, outpaced
Wicksy Creek slowly into stride, outpaced
Mystickhill chased leaders 3f
Abitofafath started slowly, outpaced
Lady Aviator slowly into stride and hampered start, outpaced
Jalons Bridewell chased leaders, ridden halfway, soon hung left and weakened
MR FUNSHINE kept tabs on the pacesetter and came clearin the end. He was having only his ninth career start and being a big type there may be even better to come. His trainer reckons he needs soft ground on turf and she is very hopeful he will improve as he gets older.
Mac Dalia, back to the scene ofher three victories all in selling company, soon had them strung out but in the end the unexposed winner was simply too good. Carmine Rock, on her handicap bow, stayed on after getting outpaced at the halfway mark and needs a sixth furlong.
Jalons Bridewell again hung under pressure and is not one to rely on.
