Analyis of the race
This claimer went more or less with official figures as ROYAL STORM, making a quick reappearance after finishing third in a handicap at Warwick the previous evening, set out to make all and succeeded. Obviously he is no world beater, but fast ground suits him well and he is always worth a look in this company when the going is rattling.
Mister Fips and the winner went away from the others which they were entitled to do on ratings, so the form in the context of this race is okay.
Our Blessing was ridden to get home but never troubled the principals, and if he is to win again it will probably be over shorter.
