Hip Hip Hooray restless in stalls, fly jumped and slowly away, held up in touch, ridden and not quicken 2f out, headway and switched left over 1f out, no impression final furlong

Kosama chased leaders, ridden well over 2f out, outpaced over 1f out, no danger final furlong

Tillagirl always in last pair, ridden 4f out, well behind final 2f

Redsetgo chased leader until over 2f out, soon racing awkwardly and beaten

Not the plain sailing the betting suggest was in store for ROCKET ROB but mission was accomplished on his drop in class and only his second start. He was meeting a weak bunch and when travelling easily with remainder pushed along 2f out it looks a matter of when and how far. However, when asked he still showed signs of greenness and had to be driven right out after leading inside the final furlong. He looks the sort to improve outside of this grade and connections were willing to go to 16,000gns to retain him.

Come On Buckers is consistent in this grade and made the odds-on shot fight hard for victory as he set out to make all. He was nobbled in the final exchanges but gives his all and can find further gains in this company.

Kosama was close up and ran as well as expected but could be the sort that gradually improves enough to win in this company.
