Topazes held up in rear, headway and switched right over 2f out, edged left over 1f out, soon led, ran on, always doing enough towards finish
Just Lille in touch, pushed along over 4f out, chased leaders under pressure and not quicken when slightly short of room over 1f out, stayed on to snatch 2nd post
Suits Me always prominent, led 2f out, ridden and headed 1f out, stayed on under pressure inside final furlong but always held
Collateral Damage in rear, ridden over 2f out, stayed on inside final furlong, never going pace to challenge leaders
Bold Marc led, ridden and headed 2f out, no extra inside final furlong
Moody Tunes tracked leaders, pushed along over 2f out, weakened over 1f out
Axiom midfield, effort and headway over 2f out, weakened final furlong
Miss Emma May held up in midfield and raced keenly, ridden 3f out, weakened inside final furlong
Arctic Cape midfield, pushed along and lost place over 4f out, no danger after
Just Lille, who was having to be ridden along early in the straight, rallied gamely after running out of room at a vital stage when the winner edged left and she lost momentum. She may have been a bit unlucky, though the stewards felt she wasn't as they concluded that the interference had not improved the winner's placing.
Collateral Damage kept on without being able to get into it and at this trip probably needsa stiffer track.
Bold Marc ran a fair race but there did not appear to be any excuses.
Moody Tunes had every chance and again there did not appear to be any excuses.
