Sea Admiral soon tracked leader, led over 2f out, hung left over 1f out, stayed on well inside final furlong
Loveofmylife flyjumped leaving stalls, headway on outside 2f out, hung left but every chance entering final furlong, one pace after
Vincenzio always in touch on inside, hung left over 1f out, kept on one pace inside final furlong
Sir Liam held up in touch, headway when hampered on inside over 1f out, rallying when short of room again inside final furlong
Threestoneburn tracked leaders, ridden and every chance 2f out, weakened approaching final furlong
Casual Garcia led until ridden and headed over 2f out, soon beaten
Persian Wish always towards rear, ridden 3f out, soon well behind, eased inside final furlong
SEA ADMIRAL ground out an ultimately clearcut win, but had looked hard pressed for victory going into the last 3f and rivals getting in each other's way helped his cause.
The way he has finished suggests he will get further and can improve again as a lightly-raced three-year-old, who clearly has no fear of firm ground.
Loveofmylife was all over the place under pressure, hampering Threestoneburn as she hung badly left on the fastest ground she has encountered. She still looks capable of winning with some juice in the ground.
Casual Garcia, put up a ludicrous amount for his selling win on the all-weather, could not compete after helping set a sound pace.
