Pebese chased leaders, led after 14th, ridden and headed 3 out, not fluent and weakened last
Bright Green held up, outpaced 12th, mistake 14th, headway before next, weakened 2 out
Orion Star prominent, ridden after 13th, weakening when blundered 3 out
Desert Tommy mid-division, hit 2nd, soon pushed along, driven 6th, not fluent and lost place next, behind from 10th
Bay Mouse chased leader, led 4th to 8th, led again and mistake 10th, headed 13th, ridden after next, weakened 3 out
Gappersonneldotcom led to 4th, led again 8th, headed 10th, led 13th until after next, soon ridden, weakened 4 out

APOLLO CREED was one of the runners who still looked like he had a bit of potential left in him after some fair efforts over hurdles recently. He did not show a great deal over fences when he last tried them under rules, but it is best to forget those efforts and judge him on this. The jockey got him settled perfectly and he jumped impressively once in a rhythm. One would imagine that he can win again.Annie Fleetwood started to look beaten as they left the back straight, but she battled on well and made the winner at least work for victory. Her form has been solid this season, which gives the result a sound look.
Pebese only showed modest form in Ireland but this was more like it for his new connections after a poor effort last time. The big step upin trip appeared to suit him and he was far from disgraced.
Orion Star travelled really well for his inexperienced jockey for a lot of the race but could not go with the leaders as they quickened away. He was behind Bright Green last time, so pretty much ran to form.
Desert Tommy does pretty much what Desert Tommy wants to do. His jockey deserves credit for just getting him round, as he looked uncooperative from an early stage.
Bay Mouse and Gappersonneldotcom made the pace at a modest tempo but were left behind when the chasing bunch got to them.
Spot The Lady pulled her jockey's arms out for much of the early stages and continues to show very little.
