SPINNING really got his act together on the all-weather over the winter and has transferred that good form on to the turf. He did well to come off such a sedate pace here, and although he was winning over a career-high mark, he looks like he is still improving at the age of five.
Moody Tunesclearly likes it here. The cut in the ground would have been to his liking, but he was unfortunate to be lumped with the unenviable task of towing them along.
After being held up early on, Handsome Falcon was never able to get competitive, while Dnata Flyer, who had a 6lb penalty for a narrow win in a moderate race last time, dropped away tamely late on, having raced widest.
