Currency chased leaders on outer, ridden 4f out, driven 2f out, weakened over 1f out
Hennalaine bumped and very awkward start, lost many lengths and soon crossed to stands' rail, closed and in touch after 2f, ridden and kept on same pace from over 1f out
Fun In The Sun soon bustled along to chase leader until 2f out, soon ridden, weakened over 1f out
Panadin soon pushed along, in touch until struggling halfway, no danger after

Santa Clara bolted before start, chased leaders until weakened halfway, soon behind
WHO'S WINNING was on a long losing run,but since last season he'd had a wind operation and another to remove a chip from a hock, and that, combined with a drop back to claiming class and a very patient ride, helped get him back into the winner's enclosure. It is debatable if the form amounts to much, though.
Music Box Express has been kept busy, but the handicapper looks to have got hold of him, hence the drop in grade. He showed good speed to race clear for much of the way, but he could not hold the late challenge of Who's Winning.
Inwaan appeared to run above himself in fourth, just ahead of recent selling winner Currency and the once-raced seasonal debutante Hennalaine, who lost even more ground than the third whenshe was bumped and then swerved badly at the start.
