El Dececy led 2f, with leader, led 3f out, hung right final furlong, pushed out
Laish Ya Hajar led after 2f to 3f out, not quicken final furlong
Just Oscar soon steadied into mid-division, ridden and headway over 1f out, switched right inside final furlong, ran on
Bavarica held up in mid-division, headway over 3f out, ridden well over 1f out, one pace final furlong
Semi Detached took keen hold, prominent, weakened inside final furlong
Banjo Patterson held up towards rear, hampered on inside over 3f out, hard ridden and headway over 1f out, no further progress final furlong
Lopinot held up and behind, ridden and some headway over 1f out, no impression final furlong
Passato slowly into stride, always behind
A One always towards rear
Temtation took keen hold, prominent until weakened well over 1f out
Busy Man started slowly, always well in rear
EL DECECY does not win very often but profited from a good ride from his up and coming young jockey. His previous win came over further but hefound this trip no problem and, in fact, he seems pretty adaptable as he was placed over two miles last month.
Just Oscar has yet to win in 23 attempts but did nothing wrong here.
Bavarica is a pretty solid benchmark in this sort of modest heat and she once again ran her race.
