Amour Propre made all, ridden and edged left just over 1f out, ran on well
Deposer chased leaders, ran green over 1f out, chased winner final furlong, no impression
Green Poppy raced wide most of way, with leaders, ridden over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong
Song Of Praise went right start, towards rear, ridden over 1f out, headway final furlong, never dangerous
Chimbonda slowly into stride, soon chasing leaders, ridden over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong
Tillers Satisfied with winner until ridden and weakened well over 1f out
Hi Shinko chased leaders over 2f
Captain Kallis ridden over 2f out, always behind
Haulit slowly into stride, outpaced
Deposer did nothing wrong on his first try and looks the type who will be better over another furlong on the back of this encouraging debut. The ground may also have been as fast as a big horse like him really wants and , given a bit more cut, he should have little difficulty in going one better.
Song Of Praise was having his third run but was pretty free in the preliminaries and to post, so he will need to learn to settle down.
