Kyllachy Star raced stands' side, chased leaders, effort over 2f out, stayed on well final furlong
Lakeman raced far side, chased leaders, went 2nd after 2f, kept on same pace final 2f, 2nd of 6 that group
Tapis Wizard in rear stands' side and soon driven along, headway 2f out, stayed on inside final furlong
Sharp Sovereign started slowly, raced in last stands' side until headway over 1f out, finished well
Captain Imperial bumped start, raced sfar side, chased leaders, outpaced over 2f out, kept on final furlong, 3rd of 6 that group
Dark Moment raced far side, chased winner over 2f out, faded final furlong, 4th of 6 that group
Welcome Applause started slowly, raced stands' side, headway to track leaders 3f out, weakened over 1f out

Dispol Kintie slowly into stride, raced far side, soon in rear, behind final 2f, 5th of 6 that group
Shadows Lengthen started slowly, raced stands' side, headway to chase leaders 3f out, lost place well over 1f out
Haulage Lady swerved right start, in rear far side, behind final 2f, last of 6 that group
Seven of the 15 juveniles lining up for this maiden had already seen the racecourse, with a trio of them having made the frame previously, and it was one of that number ON OFFER, who put her experience to good use here as the plan to kick into a prominent position early on paid off. Previously she had dwelt at the start, but she jumped off a lot better here. She saw out the tripwell and is likely to head into nursery company now, perhaps over a furlong further. When the going is on the slow side, those who race up the far rail often come out on top here, and while the winner grabbed that rail, there did not appear to be any great advantage with the other five who raced over there finishing no better than fourth.
Kyllachy Star has now finished close up on both starts. He looked a lot more mature here.
Lakeman did best of the newcomers. He should be all the sharper for this first outing.
Of the other debutants, Sharp Sovereign caught the eye. He was still last racing into the final furlong before finishing well. This going was probably testing enough for him. He looks one to follow.
