Moonshine Beach chased leader, led 5f out, 4 lengths clear 2f out, held on gamely, all out
Leyte Gulf took keen hold, held up towards rear, plenty to do over 3f out, pulled out over 2f out and ridden, chased winner 1f out, stayed on under pressure but never quite getting to winner
Adage held up in midfield, headway and ridden over 2f out, soon hanging right, disputed 2nd well over 1f out, stayed on but never reached winner
Fiddlers Ford chased leaders, ridden over 4f out, chased winner 2f out, kept on under pressure but never going pace to reach winner
Critical Stage chased leaders, ridden 4f out, disputed 2nd under pressure 2f out, no impression and eased well inside final furlong
Senor Set held up towards rear, ridden over 3f out, kept on under pressure last 2f, never near leaders
Mister Completely took keen hold, held up towards rear, ridden 3f out, never near leaders
Arabian Sun soon led, headed and ridden 5f out, chased winner after until 2f out, eased when well beaten final furlong
Colwyn Bay held up behind, came wide and ridden 3f out, never dangerous
Eddystone in touch in midfield, headway 7f out, ridden over 4f out, weakened over 3f out, well behind last 2f
Chiff Chaff in touch, ridden over 3f out, weakened 3f out, tailed off and eased final furlong
Best Warning slowly into stride, always behind, tailed off and virtually pulled up last 2f
Leyte Gulf had to settle for second once again and is not enjoying much luck. He had been quite keen and was held up in rear, so he did quite well to get so close.
Fiddlers Ford showed his best form in a long while and is down to a good mark now if connections can eke a bit more improvement out of him.
Critical Stage was never too far away and had no excuse. He was a long way clear of the rest, who were well strung out.
