Medici Pearl held up in touch, smooth headway over 2f out, led and edged left 1f out, kept on well under pressure
Lady Rangali chased leaders, effort over 2f out, went second inside final furlong, not reach winner
Orpen Fire led to 1f out, soon outpaced
Celtic Lynn took keen hold, prominent, effort over 2f out, no extra when checked well over 1f out
Goodbye pressed leader until no extra from 2f out
Destinys Dream behind, driven halfway, never on terms
Passion Fruit missed break, never on terms
Lady Rangali briefly threatened to trouble entering the last, but she was unable to raise her game under pressure. That said, she finished well clear of the rest, headed by Orpen Fire, who was closely matched withthe winner on previous form, but who was no serious threat on this occasion after setting a very brisk gallop.
Goodbye was disappointing, back in trip, Destinys Dream was having her comeback run and Passion Fruit was always outpaced.
