Dressed To Dance held up in rear, pushed along and plenty to do over 2f out, headway over 1f out, ran on well to lead close home
Just Joey chased leaders, led 1f out, soon ridden, headed close home
Loyal Royal mid-division, ridden over 2f out, headway 1f out, ran on under pressure to take 3rd last strides
Alfresco slowly into stride, headway over 2f out, ridden over 1f out, no extra well inside final furlong
Summer Recluse held up and behind, not clear run and switched left just over 1f out, soon ridden, headway final furlong, never nearer
High Ridge slowly into stride, towards rear, pushed along over 3f out, hard ridden and kept on inside final furlong, never dangerous
Judge ´n Jury soon with leaders, led over 2f out, ridden and headed 1f out, weakened well inside final furlong
Caustic Wit slowly into stride, in rear, some headway on outside over 1f out, soon ridden, weakened inside final furlong
Who´s Winning chased leaders, pushed along over 3f out, ridden over 2f out, weakened well over 1f out
Diminuto with leader, ridden when not much room over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong
Jucebabe chased leaders, ridden over 2f out, weakened over 1f out
Willhewiz led, headed over 2f out, weakened and eased inside final furlong
Hobson mid-division, ridden and weakened over 2f out
Nordic Light mid-division, pushed along over 3f out, soon weakened
This was a fair performance from DRESSED TO DANCE, who came from last to first to grab the spoils. She is in grand form and due to go up a couple of pounds at the weekend. She could turn out again at Windsor on Saturday under a penalty, where she will take all the beating as long as the ground stays on top as she does not handle and cut.
Loyal Royal come from a yard struggling to fine their form, but this was a slightly more promising effort.
Alfresco seems better on the sand as he could not take advantage of a lenient looking mark on turf.
