Art Preview tracked leaders, went 2nd over 2f out, led 1f out, soon in command, readily
Timeteam soon led, ridden 2f out, headed 1f out, no chance with winner
Mean Mr Mustard slowly into stride, raced in midfield, ridden over 2f out, kept on to go 3rd near finish, never troubled leading pair
Edith´s Boy chased leaders on inner, chased leading pair well over 1f out, weakened entering final furlong, lost 3rd near finish
Good Buy Dubai slowly into stride, behind, pushed along halfway, ridden 2f out, never troubled leaders
Mr Willis slowly into stride, behind, never troubled leaders
Usual Suspects chased leader until over 2f out, wide bend 2f out, soon weakened
Luvmedo very slowly away, always well behind
ART PREVIEW was definitely one of the nicer members of the field, and he made a winning debut in ready fashion, up there throughout, in front on the furlong pole, and soon in charge. He might not be easy to place in the short term, but there should be plenty more to come. He will stay further and there is no reason to think he will not handle turf.
Timeteam was a hot favourite on the strength of his Bath second, but is by no means an impressive individual and he looked vulnerable. He broke smartly and grabbed the inside, but he came under pressureturning for home and was quickly put in his place.
Edith's Boy made a pleasing enough debut and only just lost third. He should be suited by a bit further.
Newcomer Good Buy Dubai finished just ahead of his stablemate Mr Willis. Both can do better, and Mr Willis looks very much the type for nurseries over further, off what should be a reasonable mark.
