Divinitus in rear, some headway entering straight, 5th over 1f out, kept on into 3rd final furlong

Hampstead Heath tracked leaders, 3rd 3f out, no extra from over 1f out

Corana mid-division, 6th 3f out, no extra from 1 1/2f out
Guillaume D´Orange tracked leaders, 4th on inner 3f out, no extra from 2f out
Commit To Memory prominent, 2nd 3f out, weakened under 2f out
Ready To Tap led, strongly pressed entering straight, headed under 2f out, weakened
Aather raced keenly, tracked leaders, 5th 4f out, soon lost place, in rear entering straight, eased from under 2f out
Travelling well into the straight, she soon had her rivals in trouble. She responded gamely to a determined drive from her promising young rider until she shied away for no apparent reason, prompting a stewards' inquiry. She is on the upgrade and the Noblesse Stakes at Cork could be next for the Galileo filly.
Ghimaar crept closer from off the pace to mount his challenge and, although hampered by the winner in the closing stages, was never going to get the race. He should be capable of better given this was his first run in 258 days.
The lightly raced Mon Champion had scored over this trip at Clonmel last time and was fancied to follow up, but he struggled to get in a blow when the tempo increased on his handicap debut.
Outsider Hampstead Heath held every chance rounding the home turn until fading. This British import could well be on a competitive mark in a lower grade, along with all-weather winner Flying Plover, who might be more effective over a longer trip.
Ready To Tap set a steady clip but was soon going nowhere when challenged while Aather, who never settled when quickening to take closer order down the back, dropped out of contention and was eased right down in the straight.
