Talkingstick took keen hold, soon steadied into mid-division, headway 7th, ridden and kept on same pace from 2 out
Shropshirelass set steady pace to 3rd, prominent, every chance 3 out, ridden and beaten approaching last
Banoo held up in touch, pushed along and lost place after 4th, not fluent 6th, some headway after 2 out, no impression when mistake last
Flanagans Choice prominent, led 3rd, hit 5th, headed 7th, ridden and weakened approaching last
Arisea held up in rear, some headway after 7th, never dangerous
Now Then Katie held up in mid-division, lost place and hit 6th, no chance from 3 out
Tootsie Too held up in touch, weakened 3 out
Full Of Zest prominent, led 7th to 2 out, soon weakened
Cove Mountain held up in touch, weakened 3 out
Shanxi Girl held up towards rear, headway approaching 6th, ridden after 3 out, soon lost place and eased, pulled up before last
Party Palace held up in rear, saddle slipped after 3rd, headway 5th, lost place after 6th, pulled up before 7th
Riff Raff prominent, not fluent 2nd, weakened after 10th, tailed off when pulled up before 3 out
HONEYBROOK emerged on the bridle and won as she pleased on her second try in this country for her new trainer. She could hardly have won more comfortably and connections need to have her entered up quickly to take advantage of what is obviously a very decent mark before the handicapper steps in.
Craughwell Suas bumped into one here as she had won last time and so the form looks solid enough even allowing for the lack of early pace.
Shropshire Lass, wearing blinkers for the first time (but has worn cheekpieces), boasts a win in a seller last year but she seemingly ran up to her best.
Banoo was raised 5lb for getting beaten last time and that did not help her cause.
