KEEPITSECRET was always going well off the pace and could be named the winner off the home turn. Quite exactly what he achieved has to be open to some question even though the others were well behind, but he does handle the conditions, and with his stable seemingly back among the winners he could be placed to go in again.
Guerabad, wearing blinkers for the first time, was beaten a fair way, but this still represented an improvement of sorts.
Monsieur Georges is now 41 races without a success.
