Ubenkor will give the assessor few clues as he had shown little on his previous two runs but he did a good deal better this time, travelling nicely from an early stage, leading over 1f out and proving too good for all bar the winner. Dropping back in trip and tackling a firm surface clearly helped him and he is worth a chance to prove this was no flash in the pan.
Beat The Bell kept on nicely for fifth, is progressing and may do better now qualified for handicaps, as may Admiral Bond.
