Maison Dieu tracked leaders, effort and switched left over 1f out, led inside final furlong, kept on well
Circuit Dancer with leaders, ridden 2f out, kept on towards finish
Red Cape slight lead to inside final furlong, kept on same pace
Royal Challenge held up in touch, effort on outside over 1f out, kept on same pace inside final furlong
John Keats held up, headway 2f out, soon ridden, no impression final furlong
Obe Royal prominent until ridden and no extra over 1f out
Quicks The Word with leaders until ridden and no extra over 1f out
Welcome Approach behind until some late headway, never reached leaders
Howards Tipple behind, shortlived effort over 2f out, eased when beaten final furlong
Ulysees dwelt, always behind
Alexia Rose started slowly, never on terms
Circuit Dancer is running well at the moment and disputed the lead for a long way. He, too, is on an attractive mark.
Red Cape, whose winning form is all at 7f, showed plenty of zip against the rail. He has slipped to a very lenient markand is worth keeping an eye on.
In a race that suited front-runners, John Keats wasn't disgraced under his big weight and did best of those coming from off the pace.
