Asfurah´s Dream made all, ridden over 1f out, kept on well
Mohathab held up, headway 4f out, ridden and went 2nd over 1f out, got nearer to winner inside final furlong but always held
Pretty Ballerina tracked winner, ridden over 2f out, lost 2nd over 1f out and one pace after
Mazloma raced in 3rd place, ridden over 3f out, weakened over 1f out
Katy Kitten held up, ridden 3f out, lost touch well over 1f out
Lady Marguerite slowly into stride, always in rear, ridden 3f out, lost touch 2f out
They almost came home at intervals and that lends weight to the theory that it was a fairly weak affair, but ASFURAH'S DREAM could only win the way she did. She had to do it the hard way and will have no problems with a bit further, but the handicapper has her future in his hands now.
Mohathab is now eligible for handicaps and, as he was doing his best work late on, he should get further as well. However as the third home already has a rating of 82, he is not going to be done too many favours.
Mazloma is also up for a mark now, but she will have to improve on this showing if she is going to win.
