Laish Ya Hajar pulled hard, with leader, led after 2f, ridden over 1f out, ran on well under pressure inside final furlong
Faith And Reason held up in rear, headway on inside well over 1f out, ridden and not quicken well inside final furlong
Skye But N Ben held up in mid-division, headway over 1f out, ridden and not quicken inside final furlong
Giddywell held up in mid-division, headway 4f out, ridden well over 1f out, one pace final furlong
Magic Warrior steadied start, held up in rear, headway on inside over 3f out, ridden 2f out, no extra well inside final furlong
Viscount Rossini prominent, ridden 3f out, weakening when hit rail well inside final furlong
Icansingarainbow awkward leaving stalls, held up in rear, never near leaders
Ardent Prince steadied start, pulled hard, soon prominent, stumbled slightly over 7f out, went 2nd 6f out, every chance over 2f out, ridden and weakened over 1f out
General Flumpa took keen hold, led 2f, prominent until weakened over 3f out
Brutus Maximus slowly into stride, held up in mid-division, hung right and reminders over 6f out, behind 4f out, tailed off final 2f
Just what he beat is debatable, but he has clearly found his mark and he certainlysaw the trip out more gamely than his closest rivals.
Faith and Reason was another to get a dream run up the inside rail to quicken up well into the final furlong but, unlike the winner. his run flattened out in the final 100 yards.
Magic Warrior travelled well off the strong pace but did not look to get home, while the ground was plenty quick enough for Giddywell.
