Glenridding led, ridden along 3f out, headed over 2f out, soon driven and weakened approaching final furlong
Mister Jingles chased leaders, ridden along over 2f out, kept on same pace
Flight Plan towards rear, effort and some headway over 2f out, soon ridden and no impression

Esoterica must surely find a winning opportunity before too long. Little went right for him here. The early pace was scarcely strong enough for him and, in the straight, he got trapped behind horses as the race developed. Gradually worked to the outer, he finished with a flourish, but the winner was beyond recall.
Violent Velocity, who is creeping up the weights, ran respectably again.
Glenridding was found wanting for a vital finishing effort.
