Silvanus was a little keen to post but ran a satisfactory race and came through to lead over a furlong out until the winner got the better of him. He is now handicapped but could find success in similar company beforehand.
Danish Art was another having his third run and shaped well on his first outing since last October. He came through to chase the winner in the final furlong and kept on well and is another who could nick a little maiden before progressing in handicaps.
La Baas was asked for his effort two out and stayed on at the one pace but is another who could do better now handicapped.
Thumbs Up also qualified for his mark with this effort.
