Bull Market held up, headway 3f out, ridden to lead 2f out, always hard pressed, headed 100yds out, rallied to regain lead final strides
Suits Me always prominent, led over 3f out, ridden and headed 2f out, continued to press leader, rallied under pressure to regain lead 100yds out, headed final strides
Dar Es Salaam held up, ridden 3f out, headway on outside over 2f out, chased front pair over 1f out but no impression
Vanquisher midfield, ridden over 3f out, headway to chase leaders over 2f out, well beaten over 1f out
Gold Prospect dwelt, soon chased leaders, ridden over 2f out, weakened 1f out
New Star handy early, soon raced off pace, ridden over 3f out, no danger after
Oddsmaker chased leaders until ridden and weakened over 3f out
Bajan Parkes led, ridden and headed over 3f out, weakened over 2f out
Suits Me, who goes particularly well on easier ground, went down all guns blazing in second. He appears to have taken time to come to himself this season, but there was plenty to like about this performance. The first two came clear of the rest, headed by Dar Es Salaam, who, nevertheless, shaped pleasingly in third.
