City Diamond slowly away and went right start, short of room and switched left well over 1f out, never on terms
Ba Globetrotter reared up start, never better than mid-division
Hi Shinko in rear, hung left over 2f out, never near to challenge
Royal Executioner raced on outside, behind final 2f
My Best Man always in rear
Lady Mulligan mid-division, weakened over 1f out
Co Dependent always behind

Lucky Bid slowly away, always behind
Only three of these had seen the racecourse in public before and previous experience proved important as MEASUREMENT, third on his debut, built on that effort to score well. The winner will not mind another furlong and looks more of a longer term prospect as his trainer declared he would probably bypass Royal Ascot next week. Wherever he goes next, he should be of interest as he is definitely going the right way.
Blown It was sluggish from the stalls but was doing some good work in the closing stages. This was a nice debut performance and he should have little difficulty in going one better in one of these.
Minder ran well again but looks to be the type whowill come into his own in the nursery division.
Cavendish Road had every chance on his debut but should benefit for this effort.
Give, a stablemate of the winner, proved something of an eyecatcher as she stayed on in pleasing style without ever looking likely to get there. However, with this under her belt she should be found an opening.
