On Offer dwelt, ran green and in rear until headway well over 1f out, switched left and ridden entering final furlong, stayed on well towards finish
Maid For Music tracked leading pair, effort 2f out and soon ridden, chance entering final furlong, soon driven and kept on
Flying Lady midfield, headway over 2f out, soon ridden and kept on under pressure inside final furlong, nearest finish
Abby Belle chased leaders on outer, ridden well over 1f out, kept on same pace final furlong
Betws Y Coed towards rear, ridden along halfway, headway over 1f out, switched left inside final furlong and stayed on, nearest finish
Digit always towards rear, ridden along and hung badly left well over 1f out, soon eased
Smoke Me A Kipper always behind
Ishe Mac close up, ridden 2f out and every chance until driven and weakened approaching final furlong
Angela Tee chased leaders, ridden along over 2f out and soon weakened
Accomplishment always in rear
COMMON DIVA made good use of her experience and built on her latest third-placed effort at Newcastle. She was cheaply bought, but she has speed and she is going the right way.
On Offer may have been a bit unlucky. Having missed a beat at the start, she ran very green and it was only after being switched approaching the final furlong that she knuckled down, and although she finished well, she was just toolate to reel in the winner. She was largely ridden with hands and heels here and she ought to improve.
Abby Belle was comfortably held in fifth, while none of the remainder showed quite enough to suggest they will be winning a similar race under these conditions next time.
