Mid Valley has also been in form on the AW, but he is off much the same mark on turf. From a stable in form, he was switched right insidethe final furlong and ran on to just get the better of dead-heaters Brave Quest, who was up in distance significantly and ran much better this time, and Barbirolli, who is on a decent mark now and ran well.
Nor was On Every Street, who was also keeping on.
Hugh Collingridge reported Lord Laing was struck into.
