Earcomesannie held up, steady headway 7th, ridden to lead approaching last, edged right flat, driven out
Even Flo held up in rear, headway on outside 12th, every chance 2 out, hard ridden and ran on flat
Jim Bobs Girl always prominent, led after 12th, ridden and headed approaching last, no extra towards finish
Rich Nomad held up and behind, mistake 11th, headway approaching 4 out, weakened 3 out
History Master held up, headway 5th, weakened 3 out
Dare Too Dream held up, headway on inside 11th, weakened approaching 2 out

EARCOMESANNIE had shown improved form when winning at Towcester on her previous start and confirmed that she is going the right way with a game effort, leading at the final fence and just holding on. She reportedly heads back to Towcester later this month and will be suited by this stiffer test of stamina.
Recent Southwell winner Even Flo lost little caste in a narrow defeat under a 7lb penalty, though she will find things tougher from now on as she is due to go up a further 4lb in future handicaps. This confirmed that she too is on the upgrade.
They came clear of Rich Nomad who was not disgraced from 7lb out of the handicap. History Master and Dare To Dream have yet to recapture their best chasing form, while Celebrity Call was let down by his jumping.
