Gone´N´Dunnett mid-division, driven over 3f out, never on terms

Jabraan started very slowly, detached in rear, kept on final 2f
White Ledger held up in rear, never on terms
Miss Mujahid Times soon driven along, lost place over 4f out, soon behind
Scuba in rear, driven over 2f out, never on terms
OWED had not been disgraced from a wide draw on his previous start, when the rain-quickened ground was reckoned against him, and proved he remains in good heart, always to the fore and just getting the better of a home-straight duel with the runner-up to prevail close home. He is well handicapped on his old form and showed that he does not necessarily need to dominate, so he is worth keeping in mind when returned to a track which suits him well.
Blakeshall Quest was 10lb higher in the weights than when gaining her sixth victory on this track and ran another fine race, leading until near the finish.
Rambling Socks had finished fourth in the same race here five days earlier and confirmed that was a decent race with another sound effort, always in touch.
Jojesse was also in touch from the off on this first run since he rejoined Alan Swinbank and he shaped as though he retains ability.
Limonia missed the break from her wide draw and could not recover - she had beaten the first, second and fourth when winning here five days previously and is well worth another chance when more favourably berthed.
