Prince Hamlet pulled hard, close up, effort over 2f out and soon led, ridden clear over 1f out, stayed on well
Barons Court stumbled start, held up in rear, headway over 2f out and soon ridden, driven over 1f out, kept on inside final furlong, never near winner
Atabaas Pride steadied start, held up and in rear when ran wide home turn and soon well behind, ridden and headway on wide outside over 2f out, soon driven and stayed on inside final furlong
Casino Night soon led, ridden along and headed over 2f out, soon driven and weakened over 1f out
Rossini´s Dancer held up, effort 3f out, soon ridden along and beaten over 2f out
PRINCE HAMLET, who has been suited by the drop to 7f, was very keen in first-time blinkers, but despite this he raced in second, and going on 2f out, came home unchallenged.
It did not look a particularly strong event, but considering how hard he pulled he did well to win in the style he did.
Apart from Casino Night, who set a strong gallop, nothing else featured, the other five being at least six lengths behind the leaders turning for home and making no impression.
Rossini's Dancer ran his second below-parrace, but needs easier ground.
