Mrs Bun slowly into stride, headway and edged left 2f out, one pace inside final furlong
Azzaamm held up, headway over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong

Groundhog Day started slowly and swerved left, outpaced
This Ones For Eddy led over 3f, weakened final furlong
Portugal slowly into stride, soon chasing leaders, ridden and edged left well over 1f out, soon weakened
Feeling Pretty prominent, ridden halfway, weakened over 1f out
Safaseef attracted support for her debut and did best of the newcomers, betraying her inexperience with a slow start but showing she has ability as she kept on for second place. She should improve.
Linnet Park had decent claims on her best form but was short of room over a furlong out. Newcomer Mrs Bun deserves some credit, as she tended to hang left and raced apart from most of the action on the far side for much of the way.
