The drop back in trip worked the oracle for ROYAL ACCLAMATION, who ran by far his best race of the season and as he is at the right end of the handicap there could be more to come.
Miss Daawe put up anothergood performance and the penalty for her Thirsk win has beaten her.
Soto kept on without being able to get in a winning blow and he is doing enough to suggest one of these will click for him soon.
Mr Rooney, badly drawn, kept on but was never able to get into serious contention.
Nufoudh showed a bit more than he had so far this season.
