Magical Illusion always prominent, ridden over 2f out, every chance over 1f out, not quicken final furlong
Casting Couch held up, headway 2f out, reminder over 1f out, kept on same pace final furlong
Mesyaal always prominent, ridden and every chance over 1f out, not quicken final furlong
Swift Chap took keen hold early, chased leaders on inside, ridden and no headway final 2f
Saharan Royal held up, headway on outside 2f out, no impression final furlong
Pyrus Time took keen hold early, behind final 2f
Gilbertian prominent, not much room 2f out, soon weakened
Hawkspur held up in touch, not much room and lost place over 3f out, behind final 2f
Into My Arms started slowly, outpaced
Sparkiling Crystal ran very well on her debut and is the type who will no doubt come on a bundle for this outing as she had to be switched to get an opening and another furlong will not go amiss either. Magical Illusion had been beaten a fair way on her debut but she left that run behind and showed much more this time. She can be found an opportunity to get off the mark in the near future.
Swift Chap was staying on late and he is another who will want further.
