CAMERA SHY has been beaten out of sight in maidens but took another big step up in trip here and needed all of it to get past the two prominent racers. He is starting from the bottom of the rung but looks capable of progressing from this handicap debut and connections feel he will stay 2m in time.
Moonshine Creek continues to threaten a win at the age of six but he was just out of the handicap here and is difficult to get into lowly handicaps with his mark and a seller may be needed to break his duck.
Swords was plugging on, suggesting he could have done with a stronger pace.
Both Makai and Andorran ran similar races with the latter, beaten in a selling hurdle last time, looking to need a sterner test on the Flat although he travelled well through the race and was staying on to the line without looking like landing a blow but he has found his level.
