Daddy´s Gift chased leader, ridden 2f out, stayed on under pressure to lead final 50yds
Rapid Release slowly into stride, soon recovered and in touch on inner, headway to chase leading pair 2f out, kept on under pressure to go 2nd near finish
Zebrano chased leaders until led after 1f, steadied pace over 3f out, ridden and quickened 2f out, headed final 50yds, no extra
Temperence Hall took keen hold, held up well in touch, ridden and unable to quicken 2f out, kept on but no chance with leading trio after
Sapphire Prince slowly into stride, dropped in and pushed along early, closed when pace slowed over 3f out, ridden and outpaced just over 2f out, no chance after
Inside Knowledge chased leaders, ridden over 4f out, lost place quickly just over 2f out, plugged on again final furlong
Mr Melodious soon outpaced and ridden in rear, ran wide bend over 2f out, never on terms
Catenaccio took keen hold, held up towards rear, headway on outer over 3f out, chased leaders just over 2f out, soon outpaced
Satwa Street always towards rear, ridden and effort over 2f out, soon outpaced and well behind
Time Loup led for 1f, chased leaders until 2f out, weakened quickly
Analyis of the race
Another muddling race with Zebrano slowing the pace after getting across to dictate after a couple of furlongs, leading to some crowding in the pack. Zebrano still looked the likely winner into the final furlong until wavering close home, still well clear of the pack as the first three pulled nicely clear up the straight.
DADDY'S GIFT had looked likely to be suited to this extra furlong after two decent turf efforts. She needed all the trip to get on top and looks a likely type for nurseries,and open to further improvement with another furlong in time.
Rapid Release, another with two turf runs and a progressive profile, was shut away against the inside rail travelling well and he was edging closer through the final furlong. He shouldsoon make amends.
Marsool steadfastly refused to go into the stalls and was withdrawn.
