LA BRIGITTE had shown ability in her first two starts and confirmed she is going the right way with a fair performance; quickly away, making all and holding on well. Her prospects of further success may ultimately depend on the handicapper's assessment when nurseries start but she mayhave further improvement in her.
Experience counts for plenty on this surface, so newcomer Aunt Nicola deserves plenty of credit. Always prominent, she had every chance over a furlong out and kept on. She is sure to improve for this debut and is worth bearing in mind in ordinary company.
Misty Glade showed herself none the worse for being pulled up at Goodwood on her previous start and has a little ability.
Miss Moloney showed speed to past halfway on her debut but fellow newcomer Ba Globetrotter was always behind and trailed in well beaten. He is bred to make a juvenile and his trainer has his youngsters in good heart, so he may well be worth another chance on a different surface.
