San Antonio ensured there was no hanging about and the keen-going MOONSTREAKER was always on the premises. Ridden to lead 2f out, hekept on well to the line to prove his stamina for this longer trip. He is stesteadily improving.
Keisha Kayleigh remains in good form and went down fighting in second. She should win again shortly. The ground came right for Smoothly Does It, who, dropped in trip, was never too far away. He was short of room at the 2f marker and had to be switched round to renew his momentum; he kept on stoutly enough under pressure, but he was never able to peg back the first two.
