Gramm chased leaders, ridden along over 3f out, soon weakened
Kaymich Perfecto stumbled start, soon prominent, ridden along over 2f out and soon weakened
Prince Noel close up, ridden along well over 2f out and soon weakened
Indian´s Feather chased leaders on outer, ridden along 3f out and soon weakened
Celtic Step had run well over course and distance on his previous start, and aided by a good draw, ran another sound race, battling it out with the winner in the last furlong and finishing clear of the rest. He went up last time for not winning and is likely to go up again for finishing second but is in good form and ought to find a race.
Just Bond is better on artificial surfaces and travelled well but when he came off the bridle he hung markedly right into the whip and never got on terms. Dispol Isle ran on without getting on terms, and after being tailed off and running as though something was amiss early, Inside Story ran on in the straight to finish sixth.
