Oh So Saucy held up, headway well over 1f out, led 1f out, shaken up and soon clear
Bert´s Memory led, ridden and headed 1f out, no extra
Stormburst held up, headway under pressure over 1f out, no extra when rider dropped whip inside final furlong
Jessica Wigmo slowly into stride, in rear until moderate late progress
Sylvias Grove chased leaders, ridden over 2f out, weakened final furlong
Romantic Verse prominent, ridden over 2f out, weakened final furlong
Alucica mid-division, headway halfway, ridden and weakened over 1f out
Ornella chased leaders 5f
Hessian held up, ridden over 2f out, weakened over 1f out
Bewdley held up, always in rear
Geordie Girl prominent over 4f
Shepherds Warning chased leader until ridden halfway, weakened over 2f out
She had scored narrowly on her reappearance at Yarmouth three weeks earlier, but left that effort well behind off a 5lb higher mark. She was always travelling well and when asked to hit the front over a furlong out fairly scooted clear.
Chris Wall has his team flying at present, and she would be one to be with if turning out again under her penalty.
Stormburst kept on inside the final furlong - her rider parted company with her whip at this stage, but Stormburst was well clear of the fourth and is another who could find a race like this soon.
