Guest Connections had finished runner-up in the same Windsor claimer and had the blinkers on for the first time but looked reluctant when asked to make ground up over a furlong out before consenting to run on when the race was over. He clearly has the ability to win in this company but catching him right may be another thing and he is not running to his current rating.
Majestical was another who got going too late off a slow gallop.
