Inter Vision in rear, headway on outer 2f out, ridden entering final furlong, stayed on well to lead final stride
The Nifty Fox held up, headway 2f out, effort and not much room over 1f out, ridden to lead last 100yds, driven and headed on line
Ocean Blaze led, ridden well over 1f out, driven inside final furlong, headed and not quicken last 100yds
Malapropism chased leader, ridden along 2f out, challenged and every chance entering final furlong, soon driven and not quicken
Caribbean Coral tracked leaders, effort over 1f out, ridden and not clear run entering final furlong, kept on
Avertuoso close up, effort 2f out, soon ridden and every chance until driven and weakened inside final furlong
Feelin Foxy in touch, headway over 1f out, soon ridden and kept on same pace inside final furlong
Rasaman chased leaders, ridden along and edged left well over 1f out, gradually weakened
Hypnosis dwelt and went right start, in rear until headway over 1f out, ridden and hanging when not much room entering final furlong, no impression
King Of Swords chased leaders, ridden 2f out, soon driven and weakened
The horse with his nose in front was INTER VISION, who successfully defied a 6lb penalty, picked-up at Catterick last Saturday. He is in terrific form at present - he normally comes to hand a little deeper into the season - and he might well turn out again at Newcastle tomorrow evening.\NThe Nifty Fox did not enjoy the cleanest of runs, but he ran a blinder in second and was only denied in a bobbing finish. His turn is probably near.
Malapropism looks to be coming to hand, while Caribbean Coral looked the unlucky horse of the race. Constantly denied daylight, he kept on well, but never had any chance of launching a real challenge.
Avertuoso was not beaten very far and looks to be coming to hand.
